Processing Time

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days.

  • During busier periods (October to December), please allow up to 3–5 working days for dispatch.

Delivery Costs

UK Mainland

  • 0–99g: £2.79
  • 0.1kg–3kg: £2.99
  • 3kg+: £5.99

Northern Ireland

  • 0–99g: £7.79
  • 0.1kg–3kg: £7.99
  • 3kg+: £14.50

Scottish Highlands & Isles, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles

  • 0–99g: £7.79
  • 0.1kg–3kg: £7.99
  • 3kg+: £14.50

Please note, furniture or bulky items may require pallet delivery. In these cases, we’ll contact you to arrange delivery and provide a shipping quote.

Delivery Timeframes

  • UK Mainland: Delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch.

  • Northern Ireland & Outlying Regions: Also delivered within 3–5 working days, although some remote areas may take slightly longer.

Important Information

  • We currently only deliver within the UK.

  • We cannot ship to PO Box or BFPO addresses via courier. If you wish to send your order to a BFPO address, please contact us before placing your order.
